As a registered Public Charitable Trust, we strive to build capabilities, provide education, and offer skill development opportunities, ensuring a dignified and independent life for all. Our Governance

Board of Trustees

The Board of Trustees, consisting of eight members, manage the affairs of Prayatn. Four trust meetings are held during one year to analyse the performance of the organization including the role and functioning of the faculty and staff, give suggestions and monitor the progress and achievements in tune with the plan of action of each project.

School Management Committee

A fifteen -member School Management Committee has been constituted, comprising parents’ representatives, teachers, trustees and members from educational institutions. Three School management committee meetings were held to review the progress of the school and develop a plan of action in tune with the progress of education projects /School.

Parent Teacher Association

Prayatn has a parent-teacher association, a formal organisation composed of parents, teachers and management to encourage parent participation in School activities. The aim of the PTA is to promote all-around education of children and update the parents and teachers on the School activities & its progress.
